Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients:

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until all the fries are evenly coated.
  3. Spread the sweet potato fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Make sure they are not too crowded, or they will steam instead of getting crispy.
  4. Bake the sweet potato fries in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping them over halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a serving plate. Sprinkle some fresh parsley on top for some extra flavor and color.
  6. Serve your baked sweet potato fries immediately, with your favorite dipping sauce.
