Baked Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients:
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until all the fries are evenly coated.
- Spread the sweet potato fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Make sure they are not too crowded, or they will steam instead of getting crispy.
